Jessica Simpson is showing off her comfy, holiday spirit.
More than a year after announcing her 100-pound weight loss, the 40-year-old celebrated Christmas in a formfitting onesie.
The singer and actress showed off her slim figure while wearing the red and white Christmas ensemble, along with a red hat. Simpson appeared playful as she sported a larger pair of red sweatpants that were dropped around her knees.
The “Public Affair” songstress captioned the snap, “So I thought Eric was taking a photo from the waist up… 🤪”
Simpson was met with support from fellow stars on Instagram. Actress Jessica Alba commented, “You so fit,” while “Orange is the New Black” star Ruby Rose simply commented with crying laughing emojis.
Back in September 2019, Simpson first debuted her body transformation after giving birth to daughter Birdie in March. “6 months. 100 pounds down (Yes, I tipped the scales at 240),” the mother of three captioned the photo.
Earlier this year, Simpson’s personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, credited her toned legs to getting 14,000 steps a day and full-body work outs, according to Page Six.
“We slowly ramped those up; we started really easy and slowly increased them,” Pasternak said of the fitness regimen. “We started with doing a full-body workout, one set of each exercise, not really doing too much intensity per body part and gradually increasing the volume and intensity. Focusing on a few muscle groups per day. Different muscles each day of the week.”
The personal trainer said that Simpson has a great attitude towards her health and fitness routine, and does not beat herself up if she cheats on her diet every now and then.
Simpson is married to former NFL player Eric Johnson. Together they share three kids, Maxwell, 8, Ace, 7, and Birdie, 1.
Despite being stuck at home for the holidays due to COVID-19, Simpson proved that it is possible to have a fun and festive time with just your family.
Simpson and her husband took a selfie showing an incredibly festive home with a bright and colorful Christmas tree, lots of presents, and stockings hanging from the fireplace.
