Major River Bakehouse attributes hand-crafted granola made in Memphis

Anna Turman has often liked to bake. This 12 months, she turned her enthusiasm into a company.

Huge River Bakehouse debuted its hand-crafted tiny-batch granola in Highpoint Grocery on November 14. 

“There are a 100 diverse techniques to make granola,” explained Turman. “I am into healthy ingesting and am generating super healthier granolas that I would like to consume myself.”

The Blueberry Cashew Granola is built with cashew butter, complete cashews and plump dried blueberries. Turman describes it as possessing a texture comparable to a muesli cereal, suggesting that 1 provide it above yogurt.
